Delivery times, packaging & tracking

Currently, Whole Melt Extracts HQ only ships within the United States. Due to varying legal restrictions on cannabis products, we do not offer international shipping, though we do make exceptions on certain purchases. For more information, check our Shipping Policy page.

Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. For customers in rural or remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days. We provide tracking information for all orders, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. However, please be aware that cannabis laws vary by state. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of cannabis products.

It can take 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply). Our cut-off time is 3 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. Customers may experience delays due to postal services being at max capacity.

We prioritize safety and discretion. Our process includes:

  • Placed in a second smell-proof bag for double protection
  • Plain, unmarked shipping box for maximum privacy

Yes, we understand the importance of discreet packaging and respect your privacy. Our packaging is designed to be completely discreet and ensures your order arrives securely without any external indications of its contents.

If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 2 days, it's considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim. Contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if incorrect shipping information was provided. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Orders & Returns
Modifying orders, tracking & returns

Contact our customer service team within 3 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be possible as your order might already be processed for shipping.

We stand behind our product quality. If you are unsatisfied, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue.

Once you place an order, it automatically goes ON-HOLD. Once we receive payment, it changes to PROCESSING and you'll receive a confirmation email. When complete, you'll receive a tracking number and the status changes to COMPLETE.

This indicates your order is still ON HOLD, meaning we have not received payment. Please check your bank records to confirm the payment was sent. If your order is PROCESSING and you don't have tracking by the following business day, contact us immediately.

If you don't receive your package within 2 days of the expected delivery date, contact us immediately. We'll initiate a trace with the carrier. If deemed lost, we'll send a one-time replacement for orders up to $500.

We recommend:

  • Allow 36 business hours from the delivery date
  • Check the surrounding area for the package
  • Someone else may have accepted it for you
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Contact your local USPS, UPS, FedEx or shipping agency with your tracking number
Once processed and shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen items handled by the carrier.
